With the judgement of the 12.05.1998 - 312 O 85/98 - "liability for links", the regional court in Hamburg decided that everyone, by the setting of a link, has to answer for the contents of the linked pages where appropriate. This only can be prevented by distancing oneself explicitly from these contents.

Herewith I - Christian Symmank - distance myself explicitly from all contents of all externally linked pages on my homepage and do not adopt these contents as myself's own. This explanation applies for all links set on these web pages.
